English version of the course Ólseigir krakkar that was taught last fall.
Do you want to help your child face challenges with confidence and resilience?
In this practical online course for parents, we explore how to strengthen children’s self-confidence and perseverance — two key ingredients for mental well-being, academic success, and long-term life satisfaction.
In this course, you will learn:
• What perseverance and self-confidence really are, and how they develop
• How parents can help children handle mistakes and adversity
• Practical ways to encourage resilience, curiosity, and independence in daily life
• Why praise can both help and harm — and how to use it wisely
• Practical tools for nurturing healthy self-discipline and inner motivation
Who is it for?
For all parents of preschool and school-age children who want to help their child build lasting inner strength.
